Premium Raw Material Selection
Strong Materials for Long-Lasting Radiators

Premium Raw Material Selection

We use nominal 1.0 mm / 1.2 mm thickness CRCA steel conforming to Grade D of IS:513 for our radiator elements, along with ERW/HFIW header pipes to IS:1239, structural steel plate to Grade E250 of IS:2062 for step flanges and lifting lugs, and Teflon washers for air release and drain plugs. Every material is selected and tested before production, so each radiator can handle heat, pressure, and daily use. Our focus on quality materials helps us deliver products you can trust.

Building Strong and Reliable Transformer Radiators

Advanced Manufacturing Technology

Every radiator moves through a controlled, multi-stage process — cutting & forming, welding quality checks, assembly & fit-up, surface preparation, leak testing, final dimensional checks, painting & coating, and final quality approval before packing & dispatch. Each stage is checked by trained experts to make sure the quality stays high, reducing errors and improving the final product finish. This technology also helps the radiators last longer in tough conditions.

High Mechanical Strength
Built to Handle Heavy Load and Pressure

High Mechanical Strength

Our radiators are manufactured in widths up to 520 mm and lengths from 600 mm to 4000 mm, using 1 mm and 1.2 mm thickness CRCA steel along with 12 mm, 16 mm, and 18 mm thick structural steel step flanges. Each radiator is designed to handle heavy pressure and high temperature without losing its shape. This strong build helps transformers work safely for many years. You can trust our products for long-lasting performance.

Built to Indian Standard (IS) Specifications

International Quality Compliance

Every component of our radiators — from the CRCA steel elements to header pipes, flanges, bracing bars, and lifting lugs — is manufactured to Indian Standard (IS) specifications, including IS:513, IS:1239, IS:2062, and IS:7283. Our team checks every part properly, so each product works long and safely, matching demanding industry requirements.

International Quality Compliance
Long Service Life
Built to Work Strong for Many Years

Long Service Life

Every radiator is shot blast cleaned and coated externally with Red Oxide Zinc Chromate Primer, MIO, and Enamel / Epoxy / PU finish, giving a total dry film thickness of 70–350 microns, with a heat-resistant internal varnish coating. Options such as Zinc Rich Primer, Epoxy/Polyurethane finish, spray galvanizing, and hot-dip galvanizing are also available. This makes them reliable for power plants, industries, and heavy-duty work, keeping them working smoothly for many years.

Cooling That Keeps Transformers Strong

Optimized Heat Dissipation

Our radiators are rated using a detailed heat dissipation chart for the 520 mm width series, covering ONAN and ONAF cooling at oil excess temperatures from 35°C to 60°C. This keeps your system stable and strong even during long and heavy operations. Better cooling means longer transformer life and smooth performance in every condition.
